How to Return a parcel

Return unwanted purchases

Changed your mind? Returning a damaged item still under warranty? If you want to return your unwanted purchases to a supplier our PAXI service will facilitate the return.

  • Get a PAXI Return Token from the supplier or PAXI partner
  • Go to your nearest PAXI point
  • Remember to take proof of identification as well as the Return Token you received with your purchase OR via SMS
  • Make sure that the purchase you are returning is in its original packaging
  • The store assistant will give you a PAXI bag
  • Place the item in the tamper proof bag and seal it
  • Make sure that the store assistant scans the barcode on your parcel
  • You will get an SMS updating you on your parcel’s progress or you can track it on the PAXI website
